9x12 envelopes

The 9 x 12 envelope is a popular large-size envelope to hold 8½ x 11 documents that can’t be folded such as letterhead, reports, large brochures, and folders or kits of material. This size is also used for bulky mailings such as booklets and catalogs. Our 9 x 12 envelopes come in two styles – catalog or booklet.

The catalog style features the opening on the short side – called an “open end” envelope – which helps prevent the contents from falling out when the envelope is opened. The booklet style 9 x 12 envelope opens on the long side. This design makes it easier to insert contents, so it’s an ideal choice for automatic insertion of volume mailings containing unfolded material.

Durable seams on both styles add strength to withstand the rigors of handling and weight of heavy materials. The front of the envelope can be custom-printed with address and logo in black or full color.
